Alpha Pacific Navigation Pte Ltd, based in Fiji, provides Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services since its establishment in 1992. The business arranges Pacific Island seafarers to work as crewmembers of international commercial ships.
Leadership is committed to our customers’ requirements, and we source seafarers who meet the highest industry standards to which we comply.
We are government licensed, operating in compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 and other industry standards. We are a member of the Fiji Commerce and Employers’ Federation.
Our quality management system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and is integrated with our safety and environmental management systems.
Leadership is committed to meeting and exceeding all our legal and other obligations regarding crew manning offices and private recruitment and placement services standards.
Our objectives and targets are established and reviewed to ensure that they are in harmony with the strategic direction of the business based on sound risk management principles. Our crewing includes specific objectives regarding training, competency, and recruitment of seafarers.
Leadership actively promotes risk-based thinking and awareness of this policy, quality management principles and practice amongst its staff, and our outsourced vendors. Our relationship with maritime academies and pre-requisite requirements are of particular importance in our outsourcing processes.
Leadership will monitor and review the quality and performance of its outsourced vendors and partners via robust selection and review criteria.
Alpha Pacific Navigation Pte Ltd reviews and maintains the effectiveness of its quality management system through its risk and opportunities process and robust corrective action system.
Leadership is committed to the continual improvement and improvement of its quality management system.
